Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Procure APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and formulations as per production needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
- Handle logistics and documentation for international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and other regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with production, QA, finance, and planning teams.
- Strong knowledge of IPBP standards, Pharmacopeial Grades, and Pharmaceutical Regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 15 to 20 years of pharma purchase experience.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and ERP skills.
- Knowledge of pharma regulations and global sourcing.
- Must have experience in procuring for pharma Formulations, & Raw Material, Packaging material.
- Should have managed logistics.
- Strong communication and team handling skills.
- Must be comfortable working from 10:30 Am to 7:00 PM.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
