Purchase & Stores Officer

Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of school supplies and materials.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Keep accurate records of purchases, quotations, and stock levels.

Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Commerce / Business or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing & inventory management (preferably in a school or similar institution).
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory software.
