Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms that align with company goals.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through metrics analysis and relationship management to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications and compliance with budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and logistics, to optimize supply chain efficiency and mitigate delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in procurement principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry, to demonstrate adaptability and expertise.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) to validate professional knowledge and commitment to the field.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
