Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Support operational purchasing teams to facilitate the completion of the various stages that frame the purchasing process.
- Carry out administrative management of contracts and their validity
- Enter purchasing parameters into information systems, mainly cost trends
- Apply the process for handling complaints and discrepancies between negotiated purchasing conditions and invoices (costs, incoterms, payment terms)
- Facilitating the integration of newcomers: Access to tools and services
- Use information and collaboration systems
- Archive, disseminate information or publications
- Assist team management by providing summary data, helping to report any observed malfunctions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (check invoice discrepancies, propose a tracking file to accounting, (DAP, PCP, tooling purchasing order)
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +3 level
- Rigor and organization in monitoring orders and supplier files.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments
- English and French required
