Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Purchase all the required material, and services from the local market according to the company process and procedures.
- Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
- Delivery of all products according to schedule and maintain quality standards of all products.
Collaborate with his department head and follow and develop all purchasing ,reporting and filing systems
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in purchasing and logistics
- Knowledge of local suppliers and procurement processes
- Experience with shipping documents and bank coordination
- Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
