Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple product categories and SKUs.
  • Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to align purchasing activities with business needs.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within the digital platform.
  • Support the fulfillment process by ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods received.
  • Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers to expand the company s vendor network.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B trading processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective vendor management.
  • Proficiency in using digital procurement platforms or ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects.
