Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Identify the needs and submit the requests.
Select suppliers, negotiate prices, deadlines, payment and transport terms.
Managing orders: creation, tracking, follow-up and receipt.
Apply and respect the Incoterms in purchasing operations.
Ensure the management of supplier relationships (communication, problem solving, evaluation).
Check the conformity of the delivered parts and coordinate with the quality department in case of non-conformity.
Working in coordination with the stock, sales and logistics departments
Keep up-to-date purchase data on software (ERP, SAP, Office Suite).
Profile
Education:  Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in mechanics or a similar technical field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in purchasing or the automotive industry
Proficiency in IT tools: SAP, ERP, Office Suite.
Knowledge of standards : ISO 9001 (quality management), IATF 16949 (automotive) and ISO 45001 (occupational safety).
Skills: negotiation, organization, communication and prioritization
