Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Purchasing Engineer
- Develop and source resources, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist and participate in project procurement planning.
- Assist in the consultation or consult with suppliers as needed.
- Assist or independently handle contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform any other tasks related to purchasing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+4) in International Business or a similar field.
- Minimum experience of 03 years in the field of purchasing in the building and public works sector.
- Familiar with the construction market and suppliers in Algeria and abroad.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- My proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
- Methodical, organized, with good listening and communication skills.
- Dynamic and motivated.
- A residence in the vicinity of Staoueli is an asset for this position.
