Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for network infrastructure and related services.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to optimize purchasing value.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement cycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align purchasing with project requirements.
  • Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • An understanding of network infrastructure or technology procurement is an advantage.
