Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Source and procure materials as per project requirements.

  2. Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.

  3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

  4. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per company procedures.

  5. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.

  6. Verify and process supplier and subcontractor invoices in coordination with accounts department.

  7. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

  8. Manage and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

  9. Maintain supplier records and update pricing details regularly.

  10. Work closely with the Purchase Manager to support procurement planning and cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any degree/Mechanical engineer/electrical engineer

excellent excel and ms office knowledge

purchase experience

MEP background is added value
