Roles & Responsibilities

  • We’re Hiring at YSA electricity and houseing trading llc – Dubai is looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage procurement and shipment follow-ups with suppliers from China and Italy, handle logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of goods. � Responsibilities Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers in China & Italy Manage shipping processes and negotiate good freight prices Handle contracts, invoices, and shipment payment methods Track shipments (air & sea) and ensure timely arrival Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents Update records and manage operations using Odoo ERP Maintain communication with suppliers and report shipment status � Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written) Strong computer skills (laptop/desktop) Experience using Odoo program Knowledge of international shipping & procurement Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to follow up professionally with suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings against company needs.

  • Manage supplier relationships by monitoring performance and resolving any issues to maintain smooth operations.

  • Analyze purchasing data and trends to make informed decisions that align with company goals and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a relevant industry is required.

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPP are highly desirable for demonstrating expertise in procurement.

  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships is critical for success in this role.
