Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.

Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.

Help maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement of goods.

Participate in supplier communications, including requesting quotes and following up on order status.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies to the team.

Contribute to cost analysis and supplier performance evaluations.

Help ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and ethical standards.

Support the resolution of invoice discrepancies and assist with documentation for audits.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
