Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead purchasing operations for cars sourced directly from individuals.
- Evaluate vehicles, pricing, and market demand to ensure profitable acquisitions.
- Negotiate purchase prices with individual sellers.
- Manage the full purchasing cycle: inspection, pricing, documentation, and handover.
- Develop and improve sourcing channels to attract individual sellers.
- Work closely with pricing, operations, logistics, and inspection teams.
- Monitor market prices and competitor activity.
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy seller experience.
- Track purchasing KPIs such as cost, margin, turnaround time, and inventory quality.
- 5 10 years of experience in automotive purchasing, buying, or trade-in operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation, pricing, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience dealing directly with individual sellers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong operational and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
