Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

R the:

  • Negotiating food prices, placing the necessary daily orders, and ensuring their prompt delivery
  • Submit purchase orders based on approved requests and obtain the necessary authorizations.
  • Obtain competitive quotes and confirm the availability of purchases
  • Provide the financial controller with a monthly summary of purchase reports
  • Coordinate regular inventories with store staff and department managers
  • Coordinate purchases related to investment projects with the group's purchasing department and external suppliers.
  • D. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Conduct regular quality control audits to ensure that staff perform their tasks in accordance with established procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing

  • Excellent command of the English language: written, reading and speaking
  • My proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
