Imploy is a trusted recruitment partner, connecting top talent with leading companies. We are hiring on behalf of a large holding company in Riyadh seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing policies and strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

• Oversee the purchasing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement processes with business needs.

• Monitor and report on key purchasing metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with purchasing regulations and best practices.
