Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make data-driven decisions that optimize procurement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risks throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields is essential for a solid foundation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management, such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS, to demonstrate professional expertise.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management, showcasing ability to drive cost savings.
