Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for camera equipment and accessories to ensure optimal quality and pricing.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements for in-store inventory.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to maintain adequate stock for retail operations.

Collaborate with sales and store management teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new camera products, trends, and supplier offerings.

Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

Resolve any supply chain issues, discrepancies, or delays in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and analysis.

Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field, preferably in retail or electronics.

Strong understanding of camera equipment, accessories, and related technology.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective supplier management.

Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.

Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
