Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the execution of the purchasing plan and ensure all departments and sites needs are met on time and according to approved standards.
  • Manage and monitor procurement and storage activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database to ensure variety and competitiveness.
  • Review purchase invoices and verify their accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Prepare periodic reports on departmental performance, expenses, and inventory levels.
  • Lead and develop the purchasing and stores team to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in purchasing and stores management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Desired Candidate Profile
