Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the execution of the purchasing plan and ensure all departments and sites needs are met on time and according to approved standards.
- Manage and monitor procurement and storage activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and quality.
- Maintain and regularly update the supplier database to ensure variety and competitiveness.
- Review purchase invoices and verify their accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.
- Prepare periodic reports on departmental performance, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Lead and develop the purchasing and stores team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in purchasing and stores management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
