Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services to support company operations.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability, ensuring alignment with company standards and project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure optimal value and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal IT and project teams to assess technology needs and forecast future requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT procurement.
- Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4-9 years of proven experience in IT procurement or purchasing within a corporate or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and vendor landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
