Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines for printing materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements and maintain cost efficiency.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid shortages or overstock.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize procurement processes.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and recommend improvements or alternative sources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support business objectives and cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers to enhance the company s competitive advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor evaluation.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
