Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines for printing materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize procurement processes.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and recommend improvements or alternative sources as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support business objectives and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers to enhance the company s competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the printing or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
