Roles & Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms for goods and services.

  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis for management review.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the procurement function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant regulations.
