Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to secure optimal procurement outcomes.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and equipment requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within engineering, industrial, or construction sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in using procurement or ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
