Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plantcult is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory, and quality control across our plant and pot collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with suppliers
Monitor pricing, lead times, and supplier performance
Conduct regular outdoor visits to plant nurseries and suppliers
Manage inventory levels and conduct stock counts
Maintain accurate inventory records
Quality Control, inspect products and ensure quality standards
Resolve supplier-related quality issues

Location: El Mansoreya, transportation provided from Dandy mall/Saliba Mansoreya/nearest point for public transportation.

Requirements:
Strong organizational & negotiation skills
Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Detail-oriented and proactive
Comfortable with regular outdoor field work
Background in agriculture, supply chain, or business is a plus
Preferably based near October / Haram
