Purchasing Supply Chain Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain supply and distribution of spending, covering all areas of the hospital.
• To prepare the annual budget of supply and logistics for the coming year and raise it to the hospital director for final ratification.
• To prepare the annual fund required for equipment new purchases and updates, after setting the priorities in collaboration with the other Directors
• To oversee Tenders Preparation and management
• To oversee Bid Examination
• To oversee the Purchasing process
• To oversee Supplied Items Inspection and Receiving process
• To be a member of the Hospital Leadership Team.
• To set KPI and improve the performance
• To adhere to the tools and techniques of the Quality and Patient Safety; to provide means and requirements to achieve a quality program.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• Post-graduate education or training in supply chain and logistics is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in the supply chain for a hospital setting.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of SFDA, MOH, and CBAHI regulations and standards.
• Effective communication.
• Problem-solving.
• Up to date with healthcare technology and software.
• Budgeting and reporting.
• Inventory management.
• Depreciation management.
