Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly operate and monitor PVC pipe extrusion machinery, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.
  • Perform precise adjustments to extrusion parameters like temperature, pressure, and speed, to maintain product specifications.
  • Conduct frequent quality checks, including dimensional measurements and visual inspections, to identify and rectify defects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues, such as die blockages or equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in operating PVC pipe extrusion machinery, showcasing hands-on experience.
  • Holds relevant certifications in plastics manufacturing or extrusion processes, highlighting specialized knowledge.
  • Offers at least 2 years of experience within the PVC pipe manufacturing industry, proving practical expertise.
