PVT Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking an experienced PVT Laboratory Specialist to support short-term laboratory operations involving restoration, flash, and advanced PVT studies. The role requires hands-on experience with DBR PVT systems and strong practical skills in performing a range of reservoir fluid characterization tests under high pressure and temperature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sample restoration and flash separation to recombine wellstream samples.
• Perform complete PVT studies, including:
• CCE (Constant Composition Expansion)
• DL (Differential Liberation)
• CVD (Constant Volume Depletion)
• EMV / Multiple Contact Tests
• Viscosity and Density Measurements
• Swelling / Gas Injection Studies
• Operate and maintain DBR PVT cells and associated equipment.
• Ensure data quality, calibration, and safe operation of laboratory systems.
• Deliver accurate test results and contribute to final PVT reports.

• 3 7 years of relevant experience in PVT or reservoir fluid laboratories.
• Demonstrated proficiency with DBR systems (or similar such as Ruska, Sanchez, Vinci).
• Good understanding of reservoir fluid phase behavior and sample restoration procedures.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
• Previous regional experience in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar is advantageous.
• Degree or diploma in Petroleum / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent technical field.
