Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PYP Hindi Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and have the ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Hindi language instruction aligned with the IB PYP curriculum.
  • Foster an environment that promotes inquiry, creativity, and multilingualism.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate language with transdisciplinary themes.
  • Maintain ongoing documentation and assessment of student progress using IB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with PYP team members to plan units of inquiry and ensure cohesive learning experiences.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and ongoing professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree with a focus in Hindi or related field.
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is compulsory.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an IB PYP school is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the IB PYP framework, concepts, and assessment practices.
