Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks like Django or Flask, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, fostering an agile development environment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, while adhering to best practices in software development, to facilitate maintainability and scalability.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services, enhancing application functionality and user experience.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for project management and collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of code changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, allowing for effective collaboration and adaptability in dynamic project settings.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling full-stack development capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, ensuring the ability to overcome technical challenges efficiently.
