Roles & Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and performance of solutions, with a focus on scalability and robustness.

  • Working on the front-end, back-end, data, infrastructure and overall architecture.

  • To guide and develop the development team through daily support.

  • Ensuring smooth communication within teams

Technical Skills:

  • Back-End/Web Foundation: Proficiency in Python (with planned version upgrades), relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and the Django (or Flask) framework. Basic knowledge of Front-End (Javascript, Bootstrap).

  • DevOps & Cloud Culture: Strong expertise in AWS Cloud (S3, SES, CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, API Gateway). Proficiency in continuous integration (GitLab, Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Knowledge of advanced tools such as AWS CodeGuru and SNS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
You have at least 7 years of experience as a Python developer on complex projects, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
You are capable of working on all aspects of a modern platform: front-end, back-end, data, and infrastructure.
You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and empower your teams.
You have a good understanding of agile development tools and methodologies, as well as best development practices
. You have a deep understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and best development practices.
You seek innovation, operational excellence, and creativity in your work.
