Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Python scripts to automate data processing workflows within Hadoop ecosystems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, focusing on TypeAhead functionalities that enhance user experience and system performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights, transforming raw data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts, addressing any issues that arise to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational understanding of programming and data management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and Hadoop, demonstrating proficiency in building and automating data workflows.
- Certifications in Hadoop or Data Engineering (e.g., Cloudera, Hortonworks) to validate expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous experience in a data-centric role, preferably within industries like finance, healthcare, or e-commerce, showing versatility and adaptability.
