To support the improvement of our multi-vendor data management tools, ETAP is seeking a skilled Python and PHP Developer to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Data Department within the Technical Division, you will:

Collaborate with the functional manager to:

• Understand the purpose and scope of upcoming features,

• Break down features into actionable development tasks,

• Develop the required functionalities,

• Validate business acceptance criteria for each delivery package.

Contribute to the development of the Data Factory web application and tooling by:

• Writing technical specifications for identified work items,

• Updating the Laravel data model to support functional changes,

• Developing backend services, tools or automation as needed,

• Demonstrating progress regularly to the functional manager and end users.

Engineering Excellence

• Apply best development practices, including short iterative increments and unit testing,

• Propose efficient, reliable technical approaches to accomplish tasks.

Ideal Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python, especially for data processing,

• Knowledge of PHP/Laravel and SQL databases,

• Familiarity with modern development practices (unit testing, clean code),

• A good level of French (written and spoken).

Great Skills to Have

• Advanced proficiency in PHP/Laravel,

• Experience with C#

• Experience with devops tooling

• A good level of English is required.
