Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Minimum 5+ years of QA Automation experience with focus on Web & API automation. · Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Rest Assured, or Pytest for Web and API automation. · Programming proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, or Python. · Should know how to test APIs using Postman or SoapUI for functional and quick validations. · Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch. · Solid understanding of API testing, JSON schema validation, and service mocking. · Exposure to AI-powered or self-healing automation frameworks. · Proficiency in performance testing (K6 / Gatling / JMeter). · Knowledge of application security testing and OWASP Top 10. · Familiarity with cloud execution farms (BrowserStack / LambdaTest).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
- Proven experience in testing Arabic language applications, including knowledge of Arabic character encoding, text direction (RTL), and cultural nuances.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
