Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for CRM web applications, focusing on robust and reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar, ensuring efficient test execution and reporting.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of QA Automation experience with focus on Web & API automation. • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Rest Assured, or Pytest for Web and API automation. • Programming proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, or Python. • Should know how to test APIs using Postman or SoapUI for functional and quick validations. • Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch. • Solid understanding of API testing, JSON schema validation, and service mocking. • Exposure to AI-powered or self-healing automation frameworks. • Proficiency in performance testing (K6 / Gatling / JMeter). • Knowledge of application security testing and OWASP Top 10. • Familiarity with cloud execution farms (BrowserStack / LambdaTest). • Expertise in CI/CD integration and Dockerized environments. • Should have experience in Salesforce CRM.
