Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

  • Design and implement comprehensive automated test plans and scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal test coverage and rapid identification of anomalies.
  • Analyze test results, document and track issues, and propose solutions to improve overall product quality.
  • Implement and optimize automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the quality assurance process.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation.
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • You are an engineer or have a master's degree in computer science.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit or TestNG
  • Strong programming skills in languages ​​such as Java or JavaScript
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and testing strategies
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and regression testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CFTL) are an asset.
  • Experience with large-scale projects or complex systems is highly desirable.
