Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all QA compliance activities to ensure adherence to cGMP, WHO, and Egyptian MOH regulations.
Lead internal audits and inspections to identify gaps and ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics, trends, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement process improvements.
Oversee the investigation and resolution of deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Fully awareness of Deviation Management, Quality Risk Assessment ,CAPA Management and
Change control management
Review and approve validation protocols, batch records, and other quality-related documents.
Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and ensure timely response to findings.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure their effective implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory inspections.
Fully awareness of CAPA ,Deviations ,Change Control & Quality Risk management.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO, and Egyptian MOH regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.
