Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Automate test cases to improve efficiency and coverage where applicable.
  • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide input on software quality best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously research and implement new testing methodologies and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.

  • Proven experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
