Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Automate test cases to improve efficiency and coverage where applicable.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on software quality best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks and tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously research and implement new testing methodologies and technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
- Proven experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
