QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
• Prepare and review QA documents, procedures, and work instructions ensuring compliance with approved formats and requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely closure of findings and implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance and participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and support supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring activities.
• Ensure proper control, distribution, and revision of controlled documents through QA Document Controllers.
• Provide training and awareness to employees regarding quality system procedures and best practices.
• Assist in preparation of QA reports, KPI summaries, and management review inputs
• Perform any other tasks assigned to him effectively and on-time

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• 1 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems, preferably in manufacturing or assembly industries.
• Knowledge of documentation systems, quality tools, and process control principles.
• Experience in ISO 9001 implementation and audit activities.
• Knowledge of document control, internal audit, and corrective/preventive action systems.
• Basic knowledge of supplier quality evaluation and performance monitoring processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS-related software tools.
• Professional English level and good report writing skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives.
