Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and practices, along with a keen attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and design considerations.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using relevant testing tools and programming languages.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation, including test strategy, test case design, and testing reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members in testing strategies and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of product quality through proactive identification of risks and solutions.
