Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated testing on applications and systems.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  • Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform performance and load testing to ensure system efficiency.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects clearly.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure all systems meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Maintain testing documentation and reports.

Requirements, technical skills and qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Solid coding background (any programming language).
  • Experience with SQL querying and database validation.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
