Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and report to senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions for project staff to ensure understanding of quality procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants regarding quality assurance matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Certification: MANDATORY valid certification (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, QMS Manager, Six Sigma).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the UAE/GCC construction/engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and process optimization.
