Main missions

The QA Project Manager is responsible for the quality strategy, supervising testing activities and ensuring the quality level of IT deliverables. He coordinates the QA teams and ensures the implementation of good testing practices in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the test strategy (functional, technical, automation, performance).

• Supervise and lead a QA team (planning, monitoring, skills development).

• Coordinate qualification activities with project, development and business teams.

• Implement and maintain test management and automation tools.

• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with quality standards.

• Monitor quality indicators and reporting to management and internal customers.

• Participate in project committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

• Ensure technological monitoring of testing practices and tools (CI/CD, DevOps, IA Testing).

Required skills

Techniques

• Excellent mastery of software testing methods and processes.

• Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, XRay, ALM, TestRail, etc.).

• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, UFT, etc.).

• Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Notions of performance and application security.

• Power BI skills (reporting and monitoring of quality KPIs).

• Professional English required (oral and written).

• Leadership and ability to unite a team.

• Organization, rigor and attention to detail.

• Ability to challenge and collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Clear and appropriate communication with various interlocutors (technical and business).
