QA/QC Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control activities related to architectural works, including finishes, fa ades, cladding systems, and interior fit-outs.
• Supervise and review mock-up installations, ensuring alignment with approved designs and brand aesthetic standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify workmanship, material compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to identify and resolve design or quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor the use of approved materials and finishes, ensuring consistency across all architectural elements.
• Document all QA/QC inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions related to architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with international and project-specific quality standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, high-end finishes, and interior fit-out requirements.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance procedures, material standards, and mock-up approval processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to enforce quality expectations across diverse teams.
• Keen eye for detail, with a strong sense of design intent and aesthetic compliance.
