Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Coordinator to support the Quality team in managing and controlling all QA/QC documentation and submittals across ongoing construction projects.


With a focus on quality-related documentation, ensuring all records, submissions, and logs are properly maintained, updated, and compliant with project and ISO requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all QA/QC documentation, including submittals, method statements, ITPs, and reports

  • Maintain proper tracking of material submittals, approvals, and revisions

  • Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers and site teams for documentation requirements and submissions

  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of welding records, NDT reports, inspection reports, and test records

  • Maintain and update document registers, logs, and trackers

  • Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards and project specifications

  • Handle document submissions through Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, or similar platforms

  • Support audits by ensuring all QA/QC documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available

  • Monitor document flow between client, consultant, and internal teams

  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of QA/QC deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in construction or contracting companies

  • Proven experience in QA/QC documentation and coordination

  • Familiarity with ISO standards, ITPs, welding records, and NDT documentation

  • Experience using Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, or similar document management systems


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or MEP projects

  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and audit processes

  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred
