Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Certifications in Quality Management / QA/QC (ISO, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in civil construction projects
Experience with inspection, testing, and quality assurance in buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil construction works
Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance
Conduct site inspections and testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.)
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients on quality matters
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, and local regulations
Support internal and external audits and maintain comprehensive quality records
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 5 years QA/QC experience in civil projects
Familiarity with ISO and project-specific quality standards
