QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Muscat Business & Project Development Co. LLC , Sultanate of Oman

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our interior fit-out contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all interior fit-out works on site

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare QA/QC reports

• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and approved standards

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues

• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals for compliance

• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and test reports

• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Liaise with consultants and clients on quality-related matters

• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in interior fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution standards

• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation, and reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred:

• Experience in handling high-end interior projects

• Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards.
