Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will ensure that all civil works meet project specifications, quality standards, and Qatar regulatory requirements, while coordinating closely with site teams, consultants, and project management.
- Implement project quality plans, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures for civil works.
- Conduct inspections for concrete, rebar, formwork, earthworks, finishing, and structural elements.
- Review and verify material submittals, method statements, checklists, and test reports.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, CARs, RFI logs, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with QCS 2014, project specifications, and authority standards (Ashghal, QF, MMUP).
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor site activities to ensure workmanship meets approved standards and drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in building or infrastructure projects (Qatar/GCC preferred).
Strong knowledge of QCS 2014, ISO standards, and project QA/QC processes.
Experience with civil testing procedures (concrete, soil, asphalt, materials).
Familiarity with documentation control and reporting standards.
UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, inspection, and technical reporting skills.
