QA QC Engineer Al Sahel Contracting Company LLC

Prepare and ensure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan.

Review/approval of red-line drawings in conjunction with the Technical Engr.

Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).

Attend internal project audits and follow up for actions as required in conjunction with the Project Manager and the related project staff. Conduct regular spot monitoring checks.

Issue of DCMs / CARs noting time frame for rectification, and monitoring clearance of the same. Effective actions and follow up on the status of correction and corrective actions.

Close monitoring of Quality related ERP Documentations, such as DCMs, CARs, Material Inspections, Inspection Requests, Site Instructions, CVIs, RFIs, Concrete Pour Records etc.

Control over measuring and monitoring equipment (including those of subcontractors').

Responsible for overseeing/audits of project Subcontractor/Supplier QMSs where necessary.

Forward a monthly summary report on QA-QC issues to the QA & QC Managers.

Responsible for QA (excluding commercial aspects eg. Budgets) and QC at project sites.
