Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures across infrastructure projects.
Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
Coordinate and submit MIRs, WIRs, technical submittals, and material approvals.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor construction activities including earthworks, utilities, drainage networks, roadworks, and asphalt works.
Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals.
Maintain quality records and support internal and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project-specific quality requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in infrastructure projects.
Mandatory experience in Dubai infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of RTA specifications, standards, and inspection requirements.
Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, asphalt, and associated infrastructure works.
Familiarity with MIR, WIR, NCR, ITP, Method Statements, and quality documentation.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex.
