QA QC Engineer CONDOR BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC

✓Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards and Project specifications through suitable examinations and testing; ✓ Implement quality control activities on site in line with the established quality control program; ✓ Keeping close liaison with Developer representative(s) with regard to field inspection and test schedules; ✓ Initiating the Inspection Request (WIR) notice to the Employers and/or Third-Party representative as per applicable QITP; ✓ Implementation of inspection & test plan requirements and coordination with construction management to this end; ✓ Supervising the QC Inspectors in performing inspections and testing, compiling records and reporting with regard to all inspection and testing activities; ✓ Coordinating with external inspection agencies when required; ✓ Identifying and reporting quality system problems and solutions to the Quality Manager; ✓ Reviewing inspection and testing records to ensure any actions are carried out as required; ✓ Raising / Closing NCR, & CAPA (Corrective & preventive Action report) in conjunction with the Quality Manager; ✓ Ensuring that Project quality records and document deliverables are progressively compiled, finalized and included into the final Project handover records.
