Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective test plans and cases tailored to specific project requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Conduct rigorous testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects with clear reproduction steps for developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project specifications and provide timely feedback on quality standards.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce manual testing efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) to validate expertise and commitment to quality standards.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, ensuring adaptability in fast-paced development environments.
